Our Permanent Solution Process

Our unique extermination process is a large part of our success as a company. We begin with a thorough inspection of each building from top to bottom, including the following areas:

We also inspect the outside of each building. This is an important step because it informs our well-trained technicians how mice are gaining access to the structure. We calculate an exterminating plan specifically for you in order to restore your property to rodent-free status. When the mice are completely exterminated, we seal the structure from all access points by using galvanized steel so mice are unable to penetrate.

Our final step is to disinfect the inside of your structure. Disinfecting your facility not only kills all germs and bacteria that mice can carry, but also eliminates the scent and trails they left behind. The exterminator walked in, threw maybe four poison packs behind our dishwasher and another four behind our stove and left. He said they’d keep coming in unless the building was sealed, didn’t bother looking anywhere else at our unit. Didn’t seal anything or even so much as open a cabinet. So it was $250 for someone to spend maybe six minutes total inside my condo, throw down a handful of poison packs and walk out. I’m on the board for my condo and asked if he could give me a quote to seal the building. He looked around the very outside for a couple minutes and a few hours later I had a quote that just said $2000 with literally no breakdown of what that would cover, or guarantees of what we could see from that work, or photos of what issues were to be addressed. Literally just a random amount of money requested. How are they still in business??

We paid Mice Mob 2000 to seal our house and put in bait traps. This worked for a few months. The problem is the follow-up. We noticed “evidence” of mice in our basement and called mice mob for a follow up visit. They were rude on the phone. They came out and did the bare minimum to try to fix the problem. After spending all that money, they basically had no follow through and we still have mice in our basement. Not a good investment.

Update: their regional Manager reached out to me after I left the review and he came give me an estimate..We decided to go with their service after meeting with him.Will update my review and give them 5 stars if our issue is resolved and we don't see anymore mice in our house..its a.huge concern for us because we have small kidsI had called Mice Mob after my neighbor recommended them. . When I had initially call them for an estimate, they showed up before the time and I was at work so, they just emailed me an estimate. I called them again for an estimate, so they can see inside the house for infestation, but the sales person didn't even come in and gave me a copy of an estimate which was given 2/3 back. When I told him that I will let them know if we would go with their service, he just laughed at me and left. I email the person, I initially contacted via email, he called back right away, but he was just defending the sales person and was asking me what do you want me to do about it. I shared my experience with my neighbor, she showed me the estimate they gave her for same work for almost the same size house, which was half of what they gave me. I reached out to them again asking about it and see if they have any discounts or anything. But no one responded.

After finding a few mice in our crawl space, we paid Mice Mob over $2000 to seal up all entry points to our house.The issue is the visual appearance of how they sealed up the entry points to our house. Our salesman promised us they wouldn’t use mesh and that everything would be aesthetically pleasing. They used mesh, bolted it into our siding with shiny large bolts, and it sticks up around our bay window. They also didn’t complete the full scope of work (like sealing the crack between our sagging patio step).Overall, it’s not worth the money and I wouldn’t use them again. They just put out some poison for a month and then put Frankenstein fixes all around our home.Update: We have been having major landscaping done and it has revealed more and more completely absurd “fixes” done by Mice Mob. I’m attaching a photo of my personal fave. I’m really glad they used cement to plug a hole in my wood door frame (not pictured) but some weird foam to plug a hole in my cement foundation.STAY AWAY FROM MICE MOB

I was expecting to hear the same thing the other pest control/exterminators tell me about mice. To my surprise, these guys really did a thorough inspection including the attic. They educated me as to how mice get in and hidden points in the house and outside they climb or jump. I was offered a few options (no pushy sales pitch) based on the results of there inspection. I chose the most secure option where they lay traps, disinfect, and secure the entire house under the siding and seal other found entry points. After they finished, they walked me through the outside of the outside of the house and explained what they sealed. I was truly impressed! No other company offered this service. I had three other quotes and there plan was to lay traps and monitor. Great job guys!

Had a good experience with Mice Mob. Fixed our issue which was very small but in my head I envisioned it way worse in duct work and places unseen. The mice are gone still which is great. However one of their repairs busted our garage door to the point where it doesn't want to open in the winter. It was for sure related to the plate put onto our door. We called and were ignored many times. They came out to fix their work finally and our door is still not working right. Their workers also left a lot of scraps of metal around oir yard from their work which matters because I have young kids and it is a bit ugly. Like if we were to sell I'd want to remove a lot of it. The main issue was the mice but for 1000 bucks I think I will just lay down my own poison next time tbh

My wife and I were at the end of our rope with mice leaving droppings in our kitchen cabinets and drawers. E-mailed Mice Mob and got a call back almost immediately. They had a last minute cancellation that day and were able to come evaluate our situation just a couple hours later. After thoroughly inspecting the inside and the outside of the house, we were given an estimate. He even kindly excused himself so my wife and I could determine if the cost was within our budget. While the price is on the high side..the value received cannot be overstated. Poison was laid out that day and they returned to disinfect and seal up any holes on the outside that the mice could use for access. I was blown away by the amount of work they put into that particularly. I had no idea the smallest of holes these mice can use. So far we haven't seen any sign of mice...and with the year warranty we're both sleeping east. Great job Mice Mob!!!

We are so happy to have found Mice Mob, and they have done an exceptional job for us. When we bought our home almost 7 yrs ago, we didn't know there was a mice problem in the basement. When it was discovered, we had one company come in and disinfected problem areas, changed our insulation, and I thought fixed the problem. Turns out they didn't fill any entryways because they wanted the mice to take the poison out of the house. Then company #2 came in, and they said they sealed up the holes, but we still got occasional mice, but nothing like before. During this time, we had children, and paying all this money to fix the mice problem, but it never was truly fixed. Our kids play downstairs all the time, and it was ridiculous that we had spent all this money, and I still checked like crazy. When my oldest came to tell me there was a mouse downstairs, that was it. I finally found a company that did what I was looking for....seal up our house. Mice Mob did what I was hoping was going to be done when I hired the first company! Mice Mob did an excellent job. They really sealed everything. I cant possibly see having a problem again.
